About me
Hi, I’m Mona. I’m guided by curiosity, empathy, and a people-first approach, shaped by years of living, working, and travelling internationally. I believe confidence isn’t something you’re born with — it’s something you can build.
My career has taken me into organisations of all sizes, from small, family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Along the way, I’ve collaborated with people from all kinds of backgrounds, lead with and without direct line of command. My life has taken me out of my comfort zone to live in three different countries, visited over 30. These experiences have taught me about differences and similarities of people — and how much power there is in understanding those details.
Today, I work as an Operations Manager, leading a multidisciplinary team across two countries. I hold a BA in Business Administration and a Master’s in Organisational Psychology. I’ve also recently added a certification as Transformational Coach — formalising what I have been doing naturally for decades: helping people see their worth and grow into their potential.
At the heart of all my work is a simple conviction: people deserve respect, not because of their family name, job title, or the number on their bank account, but because they are human. I have a strong moral compass and speak up when something isn’t right. I believe people thrive when they feel seen, supported, and free to be themselves. Happy, fulfilled people do better work, build stronger teams, and live richer lives.
