Mentoring
Sometimes you don't need to find your own answer.
Coaching helps you find your own solutions — built around who you already are as a leader. Mentoring is different. Sometimes what you need isn’t a process, it’s someone who’s already been where you’re standing, telling you what they’d do.
I’ve lived and worked in three countries, collaborating in person and online with people from a variety of backgrounds. Along the way, I learned how to influence people without direct line of command — coordinating with country managers across six markets, for instance, without being their formal boss. I paired that experience with a Master’s in Organizational Psychology, so what I share isn’t just instinct, it’s grounded in how people and teams actually work.
I don’t pretend to have all the answers. But the ones I do have, I’ll give you straight.
If this sounds like the kind of support you need, let’s talk.
