Coaching

You already know what doesn't work - let's find out together what does

Who this is for

You are a woman in a leadership role. You are capable but you feel like you have to work harder than your male peers to be taken seriously. You sometimes feel invisible and you start doubting yourself. The dynamics are draining you and you wonder if you are cut out for this.

You don’t need another one-size-fits-all framework. You need someone who listens and really gets you. Someone who can help you think clearly and figure out what to do next.

What coaching with me looks like

I am not here to tell you what to do. I help you understand why you are reacting the way you are. Once you understand yourself better, options for change will emerge.

Clients often tell me they feel seen — that the feeling they couldn’t quite describe suddenly makes sense when we look at it together. This is partly because of my background in psychology, and partly nearly two decades working in complex international organisations, where I’ve seen most of these dynamics play out firsthand.

Why me?

I’m not a business coach who studied coaching. I’m someone who spent nearly two decades in supply chain and operations across Europe, Africa, LATAM and the CIS — most of it leading without a direct line of command, the last two years with one — and then went back to university for a MSc in Organisational Psychology to understand the theory behind everything I’d lived through.

That combination is unusual. When I sit with a client who’s struggling to manage a difficult team member, or feeling sidelined in a new culture, or questioning whether she belongs in the room — I’m not working from theory alone.

If any of this resonated, I’d love to have a conversation. No commitment — just a chat about where you are and whether coaching might help.
